Wrongly Filled Prescriptions
You should only take prescription drugs after consulting with your doctor or care provider. If a pharmacy makes an error, you can get the wrong medicine. This is terrible because it stops you from getting the help you need, the medicine your doctor provided and new potential harms like side-effects from the mis prescribed drug. Do not suffer for someone else’s careless mistake.
Easy Steps
The Process
Personal injury cases are confusing and insurance companies can use that confusion to their advantage. You can rely on Jack to know the process to make sure that they don’t win.
Once you determine you need help, here are the steps we take at Mycroft Law:
1
Get The Medical Help You Need
Once you are safe and have the emergency medical help you need, call Jack right away. The insurance company will not be waiting.
2
Call Jack
Call ASAP to get Jack on the line. Our goal with the first call is to get the basic facts about your accident and set up our first meeting.
3
Our First Meeting
Jack comes to you, the goal of the first meeting is to make you comfortable with the process and get what we need to get to work for you. We can even meet virtually.
4
We Got It From Here
Jack's got your back. We deal with the insurance companies. We get the accident report. We get the records and bills. Your only job is to get healthy and keep us up to date with your recovery process.
5
Settlement
Once you are done with treatment, we send all your medical records, bills, and supporting documents to the insurance company. Jack will not settle the case until you feel you’re treated fairly.
